This week is tax week! Yikes! I’m overly grateful for an amazing CPA and friend – AJ Krick from L2G. He specializes in small business owners, something that I think is a very special niche. His honesty, professionalism and his ability to explain big scary tax terms in a way that I can understand were imperative in helping get through filing for the first year a small business owner. He made me feel comfortable; I was able to ask questions that while seem simple to help were complex to me. There is no way I would have been able to tackle my 2015 taxes without him. I highly recommend him for any of your business owners out there. I’d love to connect you!

April has officially kicked off my wedding season and I was excited to get two engagement sessions in this week. Above you’ll find a little sneak peek from Kym + Robbie’s session in Richmond from yesterday. I really love everything that this city has offer!

I skipped into D.C. last Thursday to share a meal with two my good girlfriends. District Commons was comfortable and adorable. It complimented my glass of bubbly and our constant chatter as we caught up from months of not seeing each other. It’s cute for a girl’s night out, dinner date or even brunch! Definitely check it out!

I also got my film scans back from Iceland and I’m overly excited to share them and my trip with you this week! Stay tuned!

Breakthroughs

In an effort to keep this space authentic, I’m going to pass on this weeks breakthrough. The past seven days have brought on many internal conversations and I’m hoping by next week one surfaces that is a little more clear. That way I can share.
